Return Shipment Timeframe
Please know that some of our items are final sale to include handbags, purses, backpacks, wallets, swimsuits, lingerie, undergarments, sweatshirts, jewelry, watches and items marked as final sale. Online purchases must be returned online. Online returns must be requested within 7 days of shipment. Items received after 7 days or with the security tag missing or removed cannot be returned. Those items are eligible for consignment or will be returned to the client. Email email@example.com for more information on consignment.
How to Request A Return
A return will need to be requested in writing to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. The email must contain what you are returning, the reason for your return and your receipt of purchase copy.
If tags and security tags are missing the items will not be returned as mentioned above.
Upon receipt of your refund request we will send you a confirmation email of receipt and we will at that time review and access your return. If the item can be returned we will send shipping instructions and a shipping label you may print and a $15.00 will be deducted when your item is processed.
Once you receive your refund instructions, please follow to complete the refund process. If the refund process is not completed the refund will be null and void.
Items not Eligible For Return
Items received after 7 days of online or shipment date, or with the security tag missing or removed, are not eligible for return. The following items are not eligible for return: handbags, purses, backpacks, wallets, swimsuits, lingerie, undergarments, sweatshirts, jewelry, beauty items and items marked at 40% or more off the original list price and all final sale items.
We will return these items to you, or they may be eligible for consignment.
Returns on Art, Oversized Furniture and Home Decor
To return any art, furniture or oversized items including rugs and lamps, please contact email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. The client is responsible for the costs associated with the return.
Returns Processing Time
Once your return has been received a confirmation email will be sent and return directions will be processed. It will be up to You to print label and get package ready to be shipped. Refund will be submitted to the designated account within 7-business days from acceptance of refund confirmation email.

Please note, your refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order.
Returns with Website Credit
If your original purchase was made with website credit, You will be refunded with site credit and subject to the original terms and conditions. Website credit refunds with an expiration date will only be valid until the original expiration date. If the original expiration date has already passed at the time of return, your site credit refund will be valid for two days after you are refunded.
